About Us

Our story begins in heart of the west, Jackson Hole Wyoming, where after years of distributing aged barn-wood and other reclaimed products, it became clear our clients needed something different.

With the uniqueness, history, and unmatched quality of the reclaimed, old growth timbers, many wished they could incorporate the material on their project, however, in order to hit the design intent they were after, an exact finished shade often times was needed.

Working with some of the top architects and builders, our product line of re-sawn reclaimed timbers with custom finishes was consistently the most demanded.

The decision was made that in order to follow our mission of creating the most high end artisan wood products, it was time to specialize in this.

Origin Millworks was built from the ground up by listening to our customers and creating what they envision. We do this by custom milling the highest quality timbers and not covering, but celebrating the natural beauty of this reclaimed lumber with the highest quality, long lasting rustic and modern finishes. 

Now, Origin Millworks is a leading provider of specialty pre-finished natural wood products, with state of the art, in house custom milling and custom finishing operations all centered around this precious material on the Oregon Coast.
